Fulfillment Policy: 

Custom orders are nonrefundable However we will work with clients on a case by case basis on alterations. We are here to assure that you are happy with your purchase. 

 
Back-ordered Items Policy: (BOI) you will be contacted for confirmation for the details of your order.  Cancellations are available after 4 weeks if other time frame arrangements have not been agreed upon. A full refund of the purchase price will be given after 4 weeks. If other time frame arrangement/s have been agreed upon then a partial refund less 10% will be given. 

Exchanges, including size exchanges, may be returned within 30 days and place a new order for the desired item/size. Please note: Ring sizing fees and/or shipping fees are nonrefundable.

You may return most merchandise purchased from Fernando Benally Online,  within 30 days of purchase for a full refund after we receive the item back. When returning an online purchase, Contact us for a Return Authorization Number. (RAN) must be created within 30 days and the item must be shipped back for processing within 1 week of RAN creation. Online purchases must be returned to the address on your invoice. Merchandise must be accompanied by the packing slip and the certificate when applicable (replacement fee for the certificate is $200.00).
